This glitch looks like it was intentional by the devs, although the only way to get out of it is to exit the game. It puts you on the top of a building that looks very detailed (on top). Too much to be an accident. This is really hard to explain in text so I recommend you check out this YouTube video. Gangstar: West Coast Hustle Glitch!!!
This glitch looks like it was intentional by the devs, although the only way to get out of it is to exit the game. It puts you on the top of a building that looks very detailed (on top). This would not be on purpose... the only reason why they made it look "detailed" is because that building is in the background correct? They can easily apply textures to the building and it wouldn't take much effort. Another possibility, is it is a building they have reused from a previous project, or they just had an artist make a building and they put it in... It would take more effort to just make it less detailed on the top of the building.
